These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the broadband, Wi-Fi, and entertainment bundle services provided by Citynetr Fiber ("Citynetr", "we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Registration & Eligibility
To activate a connection, you must provide accurate and complete registration information, including valid proof of identity and address as required under applicable telecom regulations. You are responsible for keeping your account details current and for all activity under your account.
2. Plans, Billing & Payment
- All plans listed on our website are prepaid and billed in advance for the selected period (1, 6, or 12 months).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable at the time of purchase or renewal will apply to that billing cycle.
- The free 5G router offer applies only to 12-month plans and is subject to availability and any conditions stated at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Policy
As our plans are prepaid, charges apply from the start of the selected billing period. We do not provide refunds for early cancellation or for any unused portion of a plan period. Customers are encouraged to select a plan duration that matches their expected usage.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content, and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our network or the networks of others. Citynetr reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this section.
5. Equipment
Any router or equipment provided by Citynetr remains our property unless otherwise stated and must be returned in working condition upon termination of service, except where ownership is explicitly transferred (such as the free 5G router promotion).
6. Service Availability
While we aim for consistent, reliable connectivity, Citynetr does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for outages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure, weather events, or force majeure.
7. Entertainment Bundle
Access to bundled OTT apps and TV channels is provided subject to the terms of the respective third-party platforms. Availability of specific apps or channels may change without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Citynetr's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected billing period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
